We use information to create and secure your account, store and display your finance data, generate summaries and AI-assisted insights, send notifications you enable, debug issues, maintain reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may process data through providers that help run the app, including cloud hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, notifications, and AI processing. Data is shared with other users only when you choose collaborative features, such as split groups.
Security and retention
Fin uses HTTPS/TLS in transit and cloud provider security controls for data storage. We retain account and finance data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Some records may be retained when required for security, backup, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.

You can manage profile details, notification settings, app privacy settings, data export, and account deletion from the app or by contacting support.
